Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be honoured less a $200 administrative fee, if email cancellation is received before May 7, 2010 for Montreal course, and September 10, 2010 for Vancouver course. No refunds will be honoured after that. Alternatively, a substitute from your organization may attend.
